If you're on this page I assume that you've looked at my Halifax wedding photography and are curious as to what I can offer you.  Great!  My specialty and areas of interest are - of course - wedding photography in the halifax area as well as family and child portraits.  All packages are custom made to fit your needs, budget and lifestyle.  They can range from a basic hour long shoot with digital images on a DVD as a product, to a full day wedding with two shooters provided, a full range of prints, an album and digital images.  I will personally meet with all potential clients to discuss your needs and make sure I'm able to fully provide exactly what is necessary to capture your special day.

A quick note on the photography industry in general:  There are a lot of casual photographers out there. The only thing you will have 20 years after your wedding to remember it by will be the photos (and today, possibly the video) and you should have a competent, honest photographer who cares about you and your photo's.  I've seen many examples of people who tried to jump right into wedding photography and simply got overwhelmed.  As such, I make the following promises to all of my clients:

-I will endeavor to maintain a dignity of manner in my behavior, in the presentation of my photography and photographic services, in my appearance and in all other forms of public contact.
-I will observe the highest standard of honesty in all transactions, avoiding the use of false, inaccurate and misleading terms, descriptions and claims.
-I will at all times endeavor to produce photographs equal or superior to the samples I display, apply my best efforts towards providing the best possible photographic services and assist in raising the general standard of photographic craftsmanship.
-I will show a friendly spirit of co-operation to my fellow Professional Photographers and assist them whenever possible should they be in trouble or difficulty.
-I will at all times avoid the use of unfair competitive practices
-I will use a contract which is based on fair, honest, professional business practice, and which clearly outlines the rights of both the photographer and the client in all transactions.
-I will respect the privacy of my clients, and all subjects I photograph, and all rights that they have in the photographs I create of them, and will use the appropriate model or property releases to help protect those rights.

People have been emailing me constantly with questions about pricing just to get an idea of what I charge.  Now while I'm mostly against making "packages" per se, I put together a few here at the bottom of the page just give people a guideline.  These are primarily meant to be wedding photography packages, however they can apply to other things as well.  Keep in mind, these packages are completely customizable and after we meet we can put together something that will work perfectly for you.

-Additional hours of shooting are billed at a rate of 100$ per hour.
